  This store has amazing customer service!! I've been in and talked to two different gals about hair color and they've been been extremely helpful and amazing! I never feel rushed, and whichever one of them is there, they're knowledgeable and have given me excellent advice. I had a really bad salon color that came out far too dark--I was a medium warm reddish brown at the time and the stylist at a salon was going to match it, but instead turned me dark, dark plum. So the gals at Sally have been helping me lighten it up gradually as I return to a dark blonde (my natural color). Every bit of advice and every product they've recommended have been spot on.
