  Just wanted to give Monument Computers a five star rating for customer service. I allowed Windows 10 to up date my computer yesterday and to add a Recovery Drive as part of the update. Today I went to start my computer up and it went to the recovery Mode located on a my spare hard drive. I played for a while and could not get computer to start. I took my computer and spare hard drive to Monument Computers and they quickly realized that the spare hard drive was the problem. Once removed from the system my computer started right up. In only took a few minutes and I was out of there at no charge. I would like to commend Monument Computers for the great customer service on a computer purchased from them which has worked great until the Windows 10 update.
